High gloss PET products are usually made of MDF (medium-density fiberboard) covered with decorative high gloss PET foil on the front side and grainy textured identical color PP foil on the reverse. These boards can be formatted on all conventional saws and can be edged on all standard edging lines¹. PET (Polyester – Polyethylene Terephthalate) film with a 10-micron SSR (super scratch-resistant) coating is also used in high gloss PET products and applied a clear protective film to protect the derorative foil from damages while handling.

Antifinger prints, Antibactrial and low reflectivity on surface are some of the characheristics of super matte finish.

Melamine faced MDF is a type of engineered wood product made by covering an MDF core with a decorative resin-impregnated paper. The core of the material is composed of wood fibers, giving a flat and smooth surface, high density and stability, which makes it excellent for processing. It is suitable for use in high-quality furniture and interior Kitchen cabinets design projects

Plywood is a material manufactured from thin layers or “plies” of wood veneer that are glued together with adjacent layers having their wood grain rotated up to 90 degrees to one another. It reduces the tendency of wood to split when nailed at the edges; it reduces expansion and shrinkage, providing improved dimensional stability; and it makes the strength of the panel consistent across all directions. There is usually an odd number of plies, so that the sheet is balanced—this reduces warping. Because plywood is bonded with grains running against one another and with an odd number of composite parts, it has high stiffness perpendicular to the grain direction of the surface ply.
